... the humanoid ones at least.
My best guess is Garruk has to be over 2 meters and based on this picture, I can estimate.
But I'm sort of a perfectionist here. Has anyone ever read their exact heights?

Background: I'm planning a pen and paper adventure and provide the 'walkers as player characters.

I can't help to recall Borderlands 2's gunzerker: formidable in the preview videos, but once you play him in first person view you notice how tiny he is. And he'd make a good Garruk.

I would check relevant fiction, but they are sized typical of their species. IIRC, Karn is about 8 ft tall in the Time Streams book (by Robert King - also found in Artifacts Cycle II), though Teferi is still a student in Tolaria during that novel, and not yet fully grown.

According to the MtG Wiki, Garruk is 8 feet 2 inches and his weight is 480 pounds. Though they don't give a source for that information.

Speaking of Garruk, when, if ever, do they plan on letting him out of the penalty box?

All MaRo has been saying lately is that they have "Plans"

Ah, that helps, thanks @Treamayne!
