I passed the first class (In 10 days no less) and now need to conduct some interviews. If anybody would be willing I can send you a message with some questions you can fill out and send back. I would really appreciate getting 10 or more people to help. Thanks again!

So the first paper is basically done, but I would appreciate it if someone would read it and tell me all the issues with the paper. I have no doubt I messed something up as I have been typing it late at night, so please be brutal.

Thanks!

I have also left comments (many of them SPAG, I hope you don't mind).

Interesting read, though the ending does not seem to agree with the beginning (expectation management - that term definition is a course goal, not a goal for this specific paper, etc.).

Hope it helps...

Thank you all for your support so far, I have updated it with most of the suggestions and added some additional resources as recommended. I have submitted it for a grade. Hopefully I will hear back soon so I can either correct potential issues or move on to the next course!

For those following along at home, I submitted a major paper and was basically told that my topic would not cover enough to merit my capstone. It should be enough for 8-10 hours of instruction, think of a one day work shop style. So I need to rework things. One option that is very appealing is to not cover one topic (Ethics/communication) and rather cover the top 4 vote-getters. Below are the working titles, likely there will be at least some modification.

Ethics and Communication
Maximise fun in a "Pick-Up" environment
Group Dynamics: Who's Who, and Why
The Best Decks; how to Theorycraft a Better Deck.

One major suggestion was that I rework it all to a "teach middle schoolers to play." I have been in Cub scouts as a leader off and on for about 12 years and have taught ESL for kids 12-14, I am not really interested in working with that age group. I would rather work with the 18+ crowd (and probably more like the 25+ crowd with some exceptions.)
