If you run thornbite staff keep in mind the power of Skirk Prospector, Ashnod's Altar, and Phyrexian Altar. Sacrificing 1 guy to make mana and untap krenko will make infinite mana and dudes and allow you to ping the table using Thorbite's other ability.

I'm not running Madblind... I was showing it to syssc who runs Sensei's Divining Top.

Any ideas what to cut for an Altar and possibly another wheel? Is Zo-zu better off being swapped out for Sensation Gorger? Also, I'm looking at Goblin Diplomats as a way to control combat phases.. I can just picture these gobs being like, "I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!"
Also, Goblin Warrens; is this too weak? Some people say yes, some people say no. I run three mana doublers for example... and it's another sac outlet... (which I currently have 4 of, including warrens).

oh yea, syssc... more anti needles or stuff to replace your other ones with:
Goblin Vandal
Icefall (so dope)
Mogg Salvage
I'd personally swap Manic Vandal for Viashino Heretic if it were me :P

Sensation Gorger wants more goblins I think. I wouldnt cut goblins to include it.

So, that leaves non-gobbos... Basilisk Collar, Bloodmoon, Gravity Sphere, Raging River... They're all pretty solid. But thry dont directly participate in the goblin damage barrage.

maybe a switch for Rummaging Gobling or Hazoret's monument as they're in the card drawing business too.

Maybe Sword of the Paruns- It seems like it will do a lot of work, but its a bit pricy compared to other cards that do the same things. it would depend on play experience.

Goblin Warrens- if you get mana flowing it's fine.

Edit: I'm looking at your numbers...
28+2+14+11+Krenko=56 cards. Are you running 44 lands? That seems like too many. I would find 5 more goblins to start with.

Slomotion, thanks for the suggestions. As a matter of fact I had cut Top just previous to reading your post. Sub- etheric communication, perhaps? Or do all us MTG-Junkies just share a mental wavelength? Anyway, it was not fear of interference that prompted the change, I just wanted a bit more creature elimination capability, and swapped it out for Gempalm Incinerator. He has been in and out more times than I can count. I also decided to give Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician another try. I should have lots of Goblins, after all, and having them blow up all over opposing creatures could actually be productive (not to mention fun!) The additional anti-needle medicine I have decided on is Viashino Heretic and for more general artifact hate I will be including Vandalblast. You guys have prompted me to look closely at my pile of a deck, and as a result, I believe it has improved drastically - THANKS!

Just as a general tuning suggestion: I think you need more Goblins. I am up to 34 atm, and it's running pretty smooth. Let me suggest again that a bunch of 3/1 gobos attacking is 3 times as good as a bunch (minus one) of 1/1's: so please consider Goblin Lookout. And even though it seems a bit like suicide, I have gotten really good use out ofGoblin Pyromancer. If you have a sack outlet in play, you cast him them sack him and all is well. His 2nd ability does not get checked for till end of turn. (10/4/2004 It only destroys goblins if it is on the battlefield at the end of turn.) Sometimes, Gatherer is easy and straightforward.

I don't understand why you have all the mana doublers in your deck, especially something as high cc as Caged Sun, in what is usually thought of as a quick, low cc deck. It, and Mana Echoes just leave me cold. I have tried to use Echoes in a number of tribal decks, and it never proves worth the slot. In fact, I most commonly wind up replacing it with a land! Perhaps I'm just doing it wrong? (I'm still at 37 lands...) Cutting these two cards would make room for the Goblins I suggested. OTOH, I am jealous of your Gauntlet of Might! That has always been a great card, and fits your build perfectly.

oooh, whoops. I left out the sorcerys:
Sorcery (8)
1x Burn at the Stake
1x Gamble
1x Goblin Offensive
1x Goblin War Strike
1x Ruination
1x Sudden Demise
1x Vandalblast
1x Wheel of Fortune

syssc... it's really weird because I was pondering on Mana Echoes and Caged Sun!
I suppose I should cut them out and see how it goes with some new goblins.

Would def. keep the Echos, and probably cut Goblin Assassin. Without Krark's Thumb, I don't think the variance of GA is worth the play, and if you play the Thumb, it opens up the can of worms of how many toss-up cards to play past Gamble (not sure if Mono R gets anything as good as Desperate Ravings. I know that the thumb doesn't interact with Gamble/Ravings- but I think the gist is clear where Chaos Warp begins, and just going straight into where Scrambleverse territory is.)

Just my 2c :)

I don't get how Echoes helps. Where is the need for the tons of mana it often produces? I (we?) have not a single X spell, or even anything over 6cc! I just don't get it. <grumble> The beauty of Goblin Assassin is the way it often clears your opponents board's. Statistically it will cut your token production in half, but unless everyone else also has a ton of tokens to burn, they usually wind up with, most or all of their critters in the yard, when they flip (as they are required to right along with you). Nasty!

I still don't see a Coat of Arms in anyone else's list. Too win-more? I find just dropping it, if no one has an answer, sometimes gets the rest of the table to scoop!

That's another $0.02 fer ya!

Are the striken cards ones you don't own yet or ones you are cutting?

I like more artifacts in my goblins which allows me to run Goblin Welder and lot of wheels (including Memory Jar). That's an option.

The otherwise terrible Slate of Ancestry is good if you can generally keep lots of creatures on the table.

I'm also not a huge fan of Goblin War Strike & Mob Justice because they can't hit creatures.

The strike outs are cards I am cutting from my previous list posting here. As to War Strike and Mob Justice, I am generally happier hitting the opponent, and let the creatures take care of each other.

Hey zimagic, how about posting your list? We'd all love to see it. And we will all have opinions, both pro & con, you can be sure of that. I am particularly interested to see what artifacts you are running. I have a Welder, but he is borderline with only the few artifacts in my list. Your whole list would be best, however, so we can see the artifacts & Welder in their context. How 'bout it? :D

Sure, give me a few days to get the time to sit down and write it up.

So I have discovered 2 things:
1.) My goblin deck is actually a BR Grenzo Deck
2.) My goblin deck got evicerated for Norin so I'm still looking for a written decklist somewhere so i can recopy it for you.
