Kudos for updating. Why did you cut Caged Sun?

I almost never see it, and when I do see it I never feel like burning my turn to cast it.

I've also been intentionally keeping artifact-based ramp to a minimum so that my mana base isn't getting caught as collateral by artifact hate.

That kinda explains the Gear-Hulk addition though I feel that it's one of those cards that would generally cause you more problems than your opponents in this kind of deck. You're more than likely to have multiple artifacts out when he hits.

Cataclysmic Gearhulk is for when my opponents are getting too far ahead and I need to equalize the board. It's also a sweeper that dodges indestructible/regenerate, is able to be tutored for and recurred, and can wield Equipment if I let it survive. Its upsides far outweigh its downsides.

And I have artifact recursion in the deck for a reason.

Played my new Sram deck for the first time last weekend, Flickering Ward was a power house! Apart from protecting one of my guys from a color, you draw a card for 2 white, drawing was never cheaper in mono white! (Okay, apart from Skullclamp tricks)

I have my eye on Flickering Ward. It will end up in the deck eventually.

What does Desert of the True have over Drifting Meadow? As best I can tell, you're not packing any Deserts-matter cards, so Desert of the True is very nearly strictly worse in your deck, since it has a colored pip. Given you're monoW it's not a big difference, but it's a difference nonetheless.

I'm trying to completely foil this deck out as much as possible.

Desert of the True is available in foil, Drifting Meadow is not.

That makes sense.

I found Saltblast to be a catch all removal spell in mono white.

A 5 mana sorcery removal spell seems a bit lackluster. And its targeting restriction makes it instantly dead against White decks.
