Special thanks to Willbender for providing the grant to get this project off the ground. If results looks promising, we can expect and influx of further funding. This will likely be put towards state of the art research equipment (Sword of X and Y, Umezawa's Jitte).

Like all good studies, we hope that this one can be peer reviewed. We welcome any outside input in regards to our research methods, equipment, and staff.

How about a Guided Passage to help you along your journey?

I hear the Khalni Heart Expedition is a fun time as well (not to mention all of the creatures from Ixalan that are meant for exploring).

Whatever you do, make sure to pay your creatures, or you might have an Insurrection on your hands.

Thanks for the suggestions, but unfortunately this deck was completely hated out by my playgroup.

If you kill or even steal their creatures they don't bat an eye, but as soon as you make the creatures attack, everyone loses their minds. Someone used a spell to exile Rage Nimbus when there was a Seedborn Muse (that I was going to kill by making it attack) and a Scarab God on the table. I guess it is just something "special" about my group, and if I ever move to a different group I might resurrect this deck.

I'm confused about Sword of War and Peace, why were you running it?

The "you" in "you gain 1 life for each card in your hand" is the controller of the equipment, not the controller of the creature, so if an opponents creature with your Sword of War and Peace equipped hits an opponent, you gain life, and if things go wrong and the creature hits you, you at least don't lose any life to the trigger. It's not the spiciest version of that loophole (some of the other swords are much better), but it's what I had on hand while building the deck.

I probably would have gotten some of the other swords and a Umezawa's Jitte but this deck was completely hated out by my group so I'm glad I didn't spend much money on it.

I see. I had never thought of the card that way.
