Impulse
Fury Storm
Show and Tell

Interaction
Red Elemental Blast
Pyroblast

Counterspell

Enchants
Splinter Twin

Land
Izzet Boilerworks
22 other lands

Couple winning lines of play: Show and Tell in Omniscience, then draw cards 'til you win, or assemble Kiki-Twin, or Fury Storm something with Ral in play. If the game went long you might be able to ding someone to death with Ral, but that seems hard.

You could also run one of the other red-blue walkers (Saheeli, Sublime Artificer might be fine just for leaving a wall of blockers), but I think this is the best option.

In the general discussion thread, someone mentioned that combo decks paint a target on you and so are hard to win with... I don't think that's accurate. This list is super combo focused, but it still has plenty of interaction, and some of its combo pieces can also be used defensively. For example, an instant bounce + Time Spiral is pretty good at mopping up the board. Plus Time Spiral gives this deck a ton of inevitability... it's not really ever out of the game unless you exile big chunks of the deck.

Edit: Derp, realized had too many cards, 'cause I didn't count Time Spiral.
