Why is the other player skipping his turns to repeatedly shut down the Jarad player?

Well, he's not skipping his turn repeatedly because the spellbomb cantrips. He's just spending 3UB to per turn, so it is only like skipping 3/4 or 1/2 of a turn.

You really should be more worried if someone is playing cards that bring stuff back from exile, Particularly since exiling stuff from other players graveyards to process them in order to cast their effects.

I... can't quite parse what you're trying to say here. Most of the eldrazi processors aren't really that good, and of course they come with the limitation that they only bring back your opponents stuff. Generally this is a disadvantage in a format that loves recursion.

Aren't there only 2 cards that do this (plus Torrent Elemental and Misthollow Griffin)? Riftsweeper shuffles one exiled card into their library (so not exactly easy to get without spending at least a tutor on it), and Runic Repetition only works on cards with Flashback. (I can't remember if there are any more than these two/four, are there?)

There's also Mirror of Fate and Pull from Eternity. They're... not very good.

Pull from eternity is more than good enough for some decks (flashback and reanimator). Its just kind of for combo decks. I play it in Hermit Druid. I dont see Riftsweeper as any better, just puts it in a different zone, so they depend on the needs of the deck.

Ah, right, thanks for those. So, 4 cards plus 2 that bring themselves back (spread across 4 colour identities plus one artifact), varying in power level from not good to good in a specific deck. Still not enough to be worried about my opponent bringing back cards from exile.

my karador should be running pull from eternity. Pull + witness would let me recover from repeated grave-hate.

No, just the ones that bring up the same stuff over and over, and choose not to listen to reason. None of the cards you mentioned meet any of the ban criteria, just like the other cards you think should be banned.

to be fair, there's plenty of discussion to be had on how the ban criteria isn't good enough, which would then lead to more discussion of incredibly broken garbage getting removed from this format.

Grave hate however, doesn't really warrant banning as much as I would love never having to deal with relic again. Grave hate is necessary to stop horribly oppressive graveyard shenanigans.

Sure, if the criteria changed. I don't think thats going to happen in a way to discuss Yard hate in a meaningful way.

When its the same person saying the same type of things without regard for the actual ban criteria, I stand by what I said.
