I like the idea of Having Creature Jace be the commander of all the Jace Walkers Deck.

I really got a kick out of having Karn Creature and Karn Walker on board at the same time... This change is going to be silly-fun for me.

I see this more of a problem facing 2 color and 3 color superfriends decks where you are limited in the number of possible planeswalker options. I already hate planewalkers as is, but this will not make them "more fun" for me.

Well, this change will improve my Ashling the Pilgrim deck, since I've got almost every version of Chandra in there...

Same for my Jaya Ballard deck (although I think I'm missing the last two; haven't bought any new cards for about 3 years except C17)

Edit: wait, there are 8 now!?!?!! I think I only have 4 in my deck

I only have 4 Chandra planeswakers in my Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh deck, yet I can see too (and appreciate) the advantage that the rule change will provide.

Funny enough, I practically quoted this very thing on Monday at my LGS where I run out Commander League.

I told them cards are legal for Commander (barring silver border and/or banned status) the day they they see first play (like pre-releases) as well as any rules changes coming with sets come in force at the same time. Legacy/Vintage/Modern/Standard are kinda in limbo for a week.

Might be time to riffle through some kamigawa block for more "legendary matters" cards before people work out what's good.

Edit: Nope, nothing is good in Kamigawa.
