I decided that I wanted to have decklists written down somewhere, in case my EDH were lost or stolen. This seemed like a reasonably logical place to keep them. If you're reading this, then you're probably interested, so here are the cards I play:
Edit: I swap cards in and out of my decks constantly. The lists will be updated along with the decks.

The Original Momir Vig, Simic Visionary!

Creatures (23)

Arcanis the Omnipotent (combo piece)
Coiling Oracle (Demonic Tutor +1)
Draining Whelk
Drift of Phantasms

Keiga, the Tide Star
Loaming Shaman
Masked Admirers
Memnarch (combo piece)
Mystic Snake
Overbeing of Myth
Pygmy Hippo (See Coiling Oracle...plus he's a hippopotamus!)

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (combo piece)
Venser, Shaper Savant (tutorable bounce)
Voidmage Husher
Wall of Blossoms
Wickerbough Elder
Wood Sage
Yavimaya Elder

Lonely Sandbar
Minamo, School at Water's Edge (combos with Arcanis, if three cards a turn isn't enough)

A simple control deck. Wrath you, attack with angels and dragons and legendary human shamans. I've won several crazy games by repeatedly blowing up my own Kokusho.

If anyone has any notes or suggestions, they are more than welcome. I especially want a better mana base. Many of those lands are in there just to make the decks truely Highlander (see: School of the Unseen, Flagstones, etc). If I'm missing anything sweet, let me know.

A third EDH deck has been constructed. This one, far and away, is the most powerful of the three.

The Pacifier Karn, Silver Golem!

Artifact Creatures (12)

Arcbound Crusher
Arcbound Reclaimer (Modular is good, but I only kept the ones that did interesting things. They're almost all gone, now.)
Duplicant (a bit of valuable removal)
Jhoira's Toolbox
Metalworker (! (bannable))
Mycosynth Golem (Karn is an Artifact Creature spell that I play!)
Platinum Angel
Sundering Titan (I have no targets for this ability in my whole deck)

Artifacts (50)

Akroma's Memorial
Amber Prison
Arena of the Ancients (good, in this format)
Basalt Monolith (a lot of this list makes big mana)
Blinkmoth Urn
Bottled Cloister
Darksteel Forge (Now is a good time to disk. Next turn, too.)
Ensnaring Bridge
Erratic Portal (to shake off Faith's Fetters)
Gilded Lotus
Grim Monolith
Icy Manipulator
Magistrate's Scepter (I have to play some bad cards, right?)
Mana Crypt
Mana Vault
Memory Jar (Drawing Seven since 05 Jan 2007)
Mind Stone
Mind's Eye
Mishra's Helix
Monkey Cage (Monkey Cage)
Mycosynth Lattice (your lands are creatures, too)
Myr Incubator (sometimes a big deck is a good thing)
Nevinyrral's Disk
Null Brooch
Oblivion Stone (This hurts me so badly, but I do it anyhow. It's always a 3/3, if nothing else.)
Phyrexian Furnace
Phyrexian Portal
Planar Portal
Portcullis (You have only two creatures between you? I guess I'll attack with... Portcullis!)
Predator, Flagship
Reito Lantern
Relic of Progenitus
Rings of Brighthearth (the new favourite)
Sculpting Steel
Serum Tank
Sisay's Ring
Skyship Weatherlight
Sol Ring
Tawnos's Coffin
That Which Was Taken
Thran Dynamo (these are good, when they essentially make three of any colour)
Ur-Golem's Eye
Vedalken Orrery
Voltaic Key
Ward of Bones
Winter Orb (combos with artifact mana)
Worn Powerstone

Land (37)

Ancient Tomb
Blasted Landscape (Some of my land is better than others. Many are included out of necessity. This one cycles!)
Blinkmoth Nexus
Blinkmoth Well
Crystal Vein
Darksteel Citadel
Deserted Temple
Dust Bowl
Ghost Quarter
Ghost Town
God's Eye, Gate the the Reikai
High Market
Maze of Shadows
Mikokoro, Center of the Sea
Miren, the Moaning Well
Mishra's Factory (I wish Mishra's Workshop was coming up next)
Mishra's Workshop (and now it is!)
Mouth of Ronom (combos with Scrying Sheets)
Petrified Field
Rishadan Port
Scorched Ruins
Scrying Sheets
Springjack Pasture
Stalking Stones
Strip Mine
Temple of the False God
Tower of the Magistrate
Urza's Factory
Urza's Mine
Urza's Power Plant
Urza's Tower
Winding Canyons
Zoetic Cavern

Out - Heartstone; In - Masticore
Out - Whispersilk Cloak; In - Pentavus
Out - Wintermoon Mesa; In - Zoetic Cavern
Out - Junk Diver; In - Serum Tank
Out - Welding Jar; In - Akroma's Memorial
Out - Mirror Golem; In - Mindslaver
Out - Voltaic Construct (Unbound combos are no fun for anyone, and that's all he's good for); In - Platinum Angel
Out - Rath's Edge; In - Rishadan Port
Out - Arcbound Fiend; In - Mana Crypt
Out - Arcbound Ravager; In - Rings of Brighthearth
Out - Doubling Cube; In - Phyrexian Portal
Out - Skull Catapult; In - Rath's Edge
Out - Gate to the Aether; In - Blinkmoth Urn
Out - Lifeline (needed it in my new EDH); In - Pit Trap (placeholder)
Out - Pit Trap; In - Sculpting Steel
Out - Sheltered Valley; In - Mutavault
Out - Rath's Edge; In - Mishra's Workshop
Out - Arcbound Overseer; In - Reito Lantern
Out - Crawlspace; In - Phyrexian Furnace
Out - Darksteel Ingot; (cutting down to the proper 99 cards)
Out - Goblin Cannon; In - Tawnos's Coffin
Out - Serrated Arrows; In - Mishra's Helix
Out - Masticore; In - Scarecrone
Out - Rocket Launcher; In - Ward of Bones
Out - Myr Matrix; In - Springjack Pasture
Out - Snake Basket; In - Relic of Progenitus

This actually is my best EDH deck. No EDH deck likes Winter Orb or Meekstone dropped against them, but they usually can't do anything about it (because theres a fn Winter Orb on the table chrast ur deck is so fn lame). Despite the fact that it has no colours, it's got plenty of combos that are way more powerful than the other two decks can assemble. I'll probably save this one for special occasions, from now on.

In the Vig deck, no Empress Galina? Afraid you'll get punched? Heh.

I built my own Vig deck, and while there are some similarities, I threw in some things that seem so far to be crazy good:

Chord Of Calling--I can't say enough about this card in EDH; it is busted.

Helm Of Obedience--Steals their stuff and brings back the innocent feelings of 1996. Those were the days.

Dominating Licid--Again, steals stuff, and reminds me of Rath Block COnstructed; that was silly to the extreme.

Legacy's Allure--Hey, more stealing creatures? Your opponent often forgets about it. Heh.

Treachery--Yeah, it's obnoxious, but so are plenty of other cards in the deck.

Gilded Drake--This card is pretty hot with Tradewind, especially if your opponent won't kick you for it.

Vesuvan Shapeshifter--Just more utility, and it can always kill their general in a pinch.

Man-o'-War--Once again, good times with Tradewind.

Wall Of Blossoms--Demonic Tutor with Vig in play; pretty spiffy.

Carven Caryatid--See Wall Of Blossoms.

I recommend giving some of those a try; just watch out for those touchy people who throw things.

Thanks for the suggestions, Aardvark.

I've been meaning to put Chord of Calling in for a long time, now. I think I'll go ahead and do it, finally.
Wall of Blossoms and Carven Caryatid were both in the original build, but neither did enough for me. The GU creatures stayed in to act as tutors when paired with Vig. The Skyfolk has been disappointing lately, though, and now that I think about it, Wall of Blossoms is probably better (especially in the early game before Momir shows up).

Galina and Dominating Licid were also in my original build. I'm a long time blue player, and many of my earliest decks contained cards of that type, and they were great in those days. My old Rootwater Matriarch deck is still one of my favourites. These days, though (maybe it's just the folks I normally play with), creature-based control cards are a huge irritant to my opponents. They take too long to come online, and I lose my investment almost every time, before it pays off (Memnarch being the notable exception).

Tradewind Rider used to be a huge part of my win, when I started to get critical mass. In my current build, though, it usually goes Muse-Arcanis-Teferi-draw cards ftw. The fancy stuff has been swept aside for a more straight-forward giant army+counterspells strategy, because I found it too slow and fragile.

Maybe I'm wrong, though. How do things usually go for you? Is your deck as comboish as mine? Which cards do you most often tutor for?

Thanks again for your notes.

Well, I've only played mine a few times, but let me preface this by saying our builds are pretty different. I play 0 counterspells aside from the creatures that have said abilities. Actually, let me just post my list:

General--Momir Vig, Simic Visionary

Arcanis the Omnipotent
Carven Caryatid
Coiling Oracle
Dominating Licid
Draining Whelk
Ertai, Wizard Adept
Eternal Witness
Gaea's Skyfolk
Gilded Drake
Indrik Stomphowler
Linessa, Zephyr Mage
Mystic Snake
Rootwater Thief
Sakura-Tribe Elder
Scryb Ranger
Seedborn Muse
Silklash Spider
Simic Sky Swallower
Spike Weaver
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
Tradewind Rider
Trygon Predator
Vesuvan Doppelganger
Vesuvan Shapeshifter
Wall Of Blossoms
Yavimaya Elder

Dwell On The Past
Gaea's Blessing
Library Of Lat-Nam
Life From The Loam
Time Spiral
Time Warp
Tooth and Nail

Chord Of Calling
Echoing Truth
Fact or Fiction
Gifts Ungiven
Krosan Grip

Control Magic
Legacy's Allure
Sylvan Library

Coldsteel Heart
Fellwar Stone
Helm Of Obedience
Mind Stone
Nevinyrral's Disk
Oblivion Stone
Scroll Rack
Sensei's Divining Top
Simic Signet
Sol Ring
Thought Dissector
Urza's Blueprints

Academy Ruins
Breeding Pool
Dust Bowl
Faerie Conclave
Lonely Sandbar
Minamo, School at Water's Edge
Mishra's Factory
Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers
Simic Growth Chamber
Terminal Moraine
Thawing Glaciers
Tranquil Thicket
Treetop Village
Tropical Island
Urza's Factory
Yavimaya Coast
7x Island
6x Forest

With that list in mind, when I am tutoring for something, it depends on the situation of course. However, these are the 3 I have found myself fetching the most:

Eternal Witness
Gilded Drake

Those are all pretty self-explanatory, I think.

As far as Wall Of Blossoms/Carven Caryatid go, don't forget that you can put the card draw on the stack, and if you have Vig in play, you can search for a creature and draw it with the ability, so they're additional tutors while also being nice blockers (Caryatid specifically is pretty entertaining when equipped with Warhammer) for little mana.

My deck tends to operate differently, as I try to just control the board and overwhelm thim with cards and creatures. I don't put much emphasis on a particular combo, although Seedborn is ridiculous with a variety of cards in the deck. Teferi isn't that great without counters and such, so I may dump him; Linessa is definitely getting cut, just not sure what to put in her place yet.

In all, I like my build, and once I have "perfected" my Savra deck for our "metagame", I'll probably work more on this one. For now, this is the one I play just to annoy people. Heh.

Why not run something like spectral force(big beater and surely someone will play black on the table) or brine elemental (to completely lock someone out of the game)? Or Multani, Maro-Sorcerer???
As for the lands, no gaea's cradle in both lists???

Eagles tend to fly high, but then again pidgeons don't get sucked into jet engines...
If I'm dead and gone, would you remain...

My EDH generals:
Nicol Bolas, Teysa, Hanna, Oros, Brion, Sek'kuar, Stonebrew and Rith

I overlooked Multani, to be honest. I will definitely throw him in there; good thing I randomly have a foil one! Heh. Spectral Force...eh, I'd rather play more "interesting" creatures (to me, anyway). Brine Elemental is a possibility, though...I forgot about it when I threw Shapeshifter into the deck.

As far as Cradle goes...it's not as great in this deck (whereas in other decks it is insane), but it can still be good. I'm on the fence about it, really. I may try it out again. Who knows?

In my Karn deck I run a lovely Staff of Domination,

with the amount of mana you produce is a useful toolbox, and with Metalworker on the ground it's an auto win

I considered Staff of Domination, but is it really that good?
'6: Draw a card.' is decent in the late game, when it's repeatable, but I'm usually using a lot of mana to beat down with Scepters and Skyships, unless Karn gets Hindered or something.
'4, T: Tap target creature.' seems very unexciting to me, and the only creature in my deck worth untapping is Metalworker. Aside from the fact that two-card combos in 100-card Highlander are inconsistent at best, I'm basically unwilling to go infinite in a multiplayer casual game (which is why Voltaic Construct was quickly dropped).

You obviously like the card very much, though. What are your experiences with it? Can you tell me about a situation in which it was a real star?

maybe it's only a problem of game-style, I usually try to go in card-advantage, and with the tons of mana the deck produces the 6-->draw1 ability doesn't seems so bad (That's also because I found a lack of good drawing in this type of deck)

the 2 card combo in a 100 card deck would be only one of the other 1000 combos this faboulous deck could produce, I accept it because the two piece of the combo are useful even alone, so drawing only 1 piece of the combo will never be a dead draw. Don't forget we have 2 pseudo-tutors in the deck (weatherlight and portal)

maybe my playtesting isn't very good (only few games, I've played EDH for not so much time) but I think that in a brainstorming-style thread every idea should be posted :)

Agreed, and I appreciate your input very much. I'm planning on testing the card, by the way. I honestly haven't ever played with the Staff in any deck, so it could turn out to be amazing. For instance, I just built a mono-black EDH deck, and Phyrexian Etchings is ABSURD (I knew it would be 'good' but this thing actually draws a billion cards).

For your (and my Copy) of the Karn deck:

Moonglove Extract (3)
Sacrifice Moonglove Extract : Moonglove Extract deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

Do you think it can make the cut? It's a nice Seal of Fire for (3).

Generals so far: Savra, Queen of the Golgari and Karn, Silver Golem

Well, I doubt it, quite frankly. I had Aeolipile in the very first version, but it got cut fairly quickly. I found that Shock just doesn't do enough in the format, with such high life totals and toughness scores.

Speaking of the Karn deck, though, Rings of Brighthearth seems very interesting. I think that thing might be a powerhouse in many/most EDH decks, and might even be playable in Standard. Thoughts?

I think it would ;)

with no spells other than artifact the abilities of your permanent are the most important part of your gameplay, so being capable to doubling them will almost double your power :P

Since posting my first three EDH lists, I’ve built a few more decks. I decided to show off my two favourites, so here we go.

This first one has a gimmick. I wanted to prove that EDH is, in fact, a budget format. Therefore, I wanted to build a deck with as few rares as possible. The rules I gave myself were that I couldn’t use more than ten rare cards total, and no card in the deck could be worth more than the copy of Cabal Coffers (an uncommon).
