Am I the only one that had to read this like 400 times? I just didn't believe it would do that... so awesome. A Boros General that will work wonderfully without being another turn sideways master.

With perfect mana, reasonable removal, disruption, and card advantage, we're back to pitchforks and torches. Evolution Sage is going to be super popular.

Not sure if spoiler, just to be safe for 'What is Parhelion'

Seems to be a base of operations for Boros in the Novels that was destroyed.

This can turn any cantrip card into a repeatable (once per turn) draw.

Not saying these are good cards, but they are cheap cantrips that you can abuse during each player's turn:
Accelerate
Acrobatic Maneuver
Bandage
Carom
Crimson Wisps
Defiant Strike
Expedite
Gallantry
Guided Strike
Heal
Lightning Blow
Shelter

Very easy to abuse! Imagine casting Expedite during each player's turn to draw a card. Red and White can now draw cards!

You are not the only one, though for a different reason. The first few times I read it, I thought casting a spell exiled the target creature. I wasn't sure why people were raving, then it clicked. It's like super(free) buyback or rebound on steroids.

Speaking of rebound...

Yup, I was thinking that, too. Two casts, then back to your hand for another go-around.

It looks like Artful Maneuver, Center Soul, and Emerge Unscathed are just about the only choices here, if you're using Feather as the commander that is.

That image doesn't work since Mythicspoiler doesn't like hotlinking. Here's one that does:

Raze Boar is a home run. Really makes me wish Confusion in the Ranks only affected its controller, though.
